"Installed usurpers". And the president of the Supreme Court on the situation in the Tribunal
Zbigniew Kapiński, the First President of the Supreme Court, criticized the Constitutional Tribunal, claiming it has been infiltrated by usurpers acting unlawfully. He described the situation as a coup d'état, emphasizing that police intervention was unjustified and that the rightful president of the Tribunal is Bogdan Święczkowski. Kapiński asserted that the police's presence was unnecessary, as judges were not present during the intervention. He also defended President Karol Nawrocki's actions during a confrontation outside the Tribunal, stating that the president had the right to enter and that the response from Tribunal officials was inappropriate. Kapiński dismissed claims made by former Tribunal Vice-President Stanisław Biernat regarding the legality of actions taken against Święczkowski, asserting that proper legal procedures were not followed.
