They paid for the construction of houses, lost money. Five years in prison for the developer

Tomasz W. was charged with defrauding six victims of over 576,000 PLN and 290,000 EUR while serving as CEO of two companies. He misled victims regarding construction contracts, making fraud a source of income. The Siedlce District Court sentenced him to five years in prison, a decision that is not yet final. Previously, he received a sentence of over four years for similar offenses involving 13 victims and nearly 900,000 PLN.
