A 61-year-old woman faced serious consequences after joking about a bomb at Gdańsk airport. During boarding for a flight to Stavanger, she made a comment that prompted airport staff to alert border guards. Despite her apologies and explanation that her words were said in jest, she was not allowed to board the flight and received a 500 PLN fine. The incident was the 68th intervention by border guards this year related to security breaches at the airport, highlighting the serious nature of such jokes in aviation security.
