Border guards conducted an operation at a processing plant in Łomża County, identifying 87 foreign workers. Initial checks led to the detention of 32 individuals from various countries, including Colombia and Vietnam. Eight were immediately issued return orders, while proceedings were initiated for others. Approximately 50 border guards and police participated in the operation, targeting eight employers suspected of illegal hiring practices. Agencies found to have unlawfully employed foreigners face fines up to 50,000 PLN.
