Zbigniew Bogucki: It's hard to talk to people who ostentatiously break the law
Zbigniew Bogucki, head of the presidential office, stated that to resolve issues surrounding the Constitutional Tribunal, it should be dissolved and its judges reappointed. He accused Prime Minister Donald Tusk of violating the law and claimed that Tusk has crossed a line regarding the Tribunal. Bogucki dismissed concerns about a legal Tribunal limiting presidential power, asserting that the president is not intimidated by threats. He also commented on Tusk's proposal for judges to take an oath, questioning the necessity of repeated oaths. Regarding the General Assembly of judges, he stated that it cannot convene legally due to lack of quorum. Additionally, he confirmed that members of the Confederation of the Polish Crown are still invited to the National Security Council despite controversies surrounding their views.
