Zbigniew Ziobro and 450 thousand PLN from the head of Zondacrypto. "GW" obtained a letter to Morawiecki

In August, Zbigniew Ziobro acknowledged that the Polish Sovereign Institute Foundation received 450,000 PLN from Przemysław Kral, head of Zondacrypto. He claimed he never spoke directly with Kral and was unaware of legislative work on cryptocurrency regulations during that time. Ziobro stated his parliamentary activity was limited due to health issues. He also asserted he had no knowledge of investigations related to Kral or cryptocurrency companies while serving as Minister of Justice. A letter from Ziobro to Prime Minister Morawiecki revealed he was warned about cryptocurrency risks by various institutions, including UOKiK and the Financial Supervision Authority. Ziobro emphasized the need for cooperation among state institutions to address these issues effectively.
