Zelensky warns of dangers of Russia-China-US meeting
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed concerns about a potential meeting between the leaders of the US, Russia, and China, fearing a shift in global influence reminiscent of the 1945 Yalta Conference. He warned that such a meeting could grant Russia a diplomatic advantage. Concurrently, a meeting is planned in the UAE involving US, Russian, and Ukrainian diplomats to revive peace efforts regarding Ukraine, which have stalled since early this year. Zelensky emphasized the need for a ceasefire to secure grain exports affected by Russian attacks in the Black Sea. Russia, however, has dismissed any pause in fighting until a substantive agreement is reached.
