Zelensky denounces Russian attacks on energy infrastructure

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported new Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, leaving hundreds of thousands without electricity. He stated that attacks targeted substations and power lines in four regions: Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, and Khmelnytskyi. Zelensky highlighted the high intensity of attacks, with nearly 2,000 drones and over 1,500 guided bombs launched in the past week. He reiterated the urgent need for Patriot missiles from the U.S. and European partners, emphasizing that military aid should not take years to arrive.
