Zelensky wants a trilateral meeting as soon as possible
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed support for a trilateral meeting with Russia and the U.S. following Russia's openness to talks in November. This comes after U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff's meetings with both Zelensky and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Moscow aims to resume discussions post-November 10, focusing on security arrangements for Ukraine and Russia. Witkoff noted positive outcomes from his discussions in Oslo and St. Petersburg, emphasizing ongoing technical talks. Additionally, Putin proposed a three-way meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping during the upcoming APEC summit in China, with preparations already underway by China.
