Zelensky tasks PM with assembling Kyiv winter preparations team, says Klitschko 'can't do it alone'

President Zelensky has instructed PM Koretskyi to form a team to assist Kyiv in winter preparations, citing the city's lack of readiness. Zelensky emphasized the need for collaboration, criticizing Mayor Klitschko for not accepting help and for the city's inadequate winter plans compared to frontline regions. He suggested potential members for the task force, highlighting the reluctance of officials to engage due to political concerns. The relationship between Zelensky and Klitschko remains strained, with both exchanging criticisms over their respective roles and responsibilities.
