The time change mainly affects Europe. These countries do not change their clocks
On October 25, Poland switched from summer to winter time, reverting clocks from 3:00 AM to 2:00 AM. This biannual time change is primarily observed in Europe, with several countries, including Iceland, Belarus, Russia, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, opting out. Globally, 178 countries do not observe daylight saving time, including most African nations, many Asian countries like China and Japan, and parts of South America. Some regions within countries like Australia and Canada also have varying practices regarding time changes. Antarctica has unique time practices, with some areas not observing daylight saving time and others doing so seasonally, while Palmer Station observes it year-round.
