Changes in benefits. Important message from ZUS
The new regulation on benefits will simplify procedures and align with changes in the benefits law, as announced by ZUS. Starting October 24, 2026, the existing forms Z-15a and Z-15b will be replaced by a single Z-15 form, eliminating questions about the second parent's employment status. Additionally, three forms will be merged into one ZAM form for maternity benefits. The documentation process for birth registration will also change, with ZUS obtaining birth certificates directly for certain cases. Some insured groups will no longer need to submit the Z-3b certificate. Updated forms will be available on the ZUS website starting October 24, with eZUS updates in mid-November.
