Changes in ZUS. It's about the rules for documenting the right to benefits

Starting this Saturday, the application process for childcare and maternity benefits will be simplified in Poland. A unified form, Z-15, will replace the previous Z-15a and Z-15b, eliminating detailed questions about the second parent's employment. Business owners and certain professionals will no longer need to submit the Z-3b certificate to ZUS, streamlining the application process. Additionally, the maternity benefit application will now use a single form, ZAM, covering various types of leave. ZUS will also automatically retrieve birth certificates for benefits, reducing paperwork for parents. Updated forms will be available online from October 24.
