A young girl was hospitalized with severe injuries, including a broken rib and arm, after being admitted to a hospital in Nowy Sącz. Following medical intervention, she was transferred to a children's hospital in Kraków. Initially, the accused denied the charges but later admitted to them and expressed a willingness to accept punishment. The evidence collected led to charges against the girl's mother and her partner, with the 19-year-old also facing charges for causing the child's injuries and providing her partner with psychotropic substances. The prosecutor has requested a court ruling without a trial, but the specific penalties sought have not been disclosed. Both accused remain in custody.
