Return regarding Starlinks in Ukraine? Donald Trump announces

Donald Trump announced that Elon Musk has restored the full functionality of Starlink and Starshield in Ukraine, although he did not confirm if this followed his call. The Wall Street Journal reported that Trump personally requested Musk to lift restrictions on Starshield's operations in Ukraine. Trump mentioned a breakthrough but refrained from commenting on the specifics of his communication with Musk. Ukrainian officials, however, disputed the claim of full restoration, stating that while the system operates faster than before, it is not fully functional. President Zelensky also noted that Starlink's speed has not been fully restored in Ukraine.
