The Tisza government plans bypass roads along the main road 442, which burdens several settlements.

The Hungarian government plans to construct bypass roads between Szolnok and Kunszentmárton along the 442 main road, as announced by Minister Dávid Vitézy. He highlighted the excessive traffic and safety risks faced by residents due to the main road's current condition. The project includes upgrading approximately 39.5 kilometers of the existing road to meet load requirements and designing around 20 kilometers of new bypass roads in the regions of Rákóczifalva, Rákócziújfalu, Martfű, and Tiszaföldvár. The planning contract for the investment will take effect in November, with studies and environmental assessments to follow.
