A1 partially reopened in the south-north direction after accident

Traffic on the A1 highway was partially reopened at 19:13 in Vila Nova de Gaia after a fire involving two vehicles was extinguished. The road had been closed since 18:24 at kilometer 296 in Mafamude due to the incident, which did not result in injuries. One lane has been reopened for vehicles, and as of 19:25, 20 emergency responders and five vehicles remained at the scene.
