He was linked to the murder case of General Papała. He will receive compensation

The Krakow District Court ruled on compensation for Linard-Bogucki, who was wrongfully imprisoned for nine years. He received over a million PLN for wrongful detention related to the murder of General Marek Papała and an additional 40,000 PLN for another case. Initially seeking 46 million PLN, he later requested 72 million PLN. The court's decision is not final, and his lawyer criticized the State Treasury's stance. Bogucki, previously convicted for the murder of a gang leader, maintains his innocence in both cases and plans to appeal to the Supreme Court and potentially the European Court of Human Rights.
