Agata Łukaszewicz: The time has come for the Supreme Court
The status of judges appointed to the Supreme Court after 2018 will be decided soon, but only a limited number of judges will participate in the decision-making process. On November 5, Zbigniew Kapiński, the acting First President of the Supreme Court, will convene a meeting to address the status of these judges. Notably, 35 judges have been excluded from the full court, including 31 older judges and four newer ones, raising concerns about impartiality. This limited participation raises questions about the fairness of the proceedings.
