Workplace harassment is the theme of three days of reflection

The MUDA project is hosting a three-day debate cycle in Lisbon focusing on workplace harassment in the performing arts. The event will include discussions, training sessions, and the launch of a manual aimed at preventing and addressing harassment. This initiative follows a recent study revealing significant levels of harassment in the sector, with 75% of respondents reporting experiences of moral harassment and half citing sexual harassment. The study highlights the challenges faced by workers, including fear of reporting incidents due to lack of evidence and unstable employment conditions. Key discussions will involve various stakeholders addressing responsibilities and creating healthier work environments.
