The government has provided municipalities with a list of 477 state-owned properties for potential use in affordable housing, cultural purposes, and municipal services. This initiative aims to enhance local resources and services. Municipalities have until December 31 to express interest in managing these properties. The identification process was conducted by ESTAMO, which manages public assets, and was completed six months ahead of schedule, revealing a total of 60,000 properties. Additionally, properties from public institutes and former health administrations have been mapped, totaling 80,000.
