Altercation during check-in, passenger went nowhere

Border guards in Bydgoszcz responded to an aggressive passenger causing disturbances before a flight to the UK. The 43-year-old man refused to comply with legal orders and assaulted an officer. Despite multiple warnings, he continued his aggressive behavior, leading to the use of restraint techniques and handcuffs. After the intervention, he was handed over to the police for further investigation. The man faces charges for assaulting a public official and insulting them during their duties, which carry potential penalties of up to three years and one year, respectively.
