Grandma and granddaughter stole perfumes

A 76-year-old woman and her 29-year-old granddaughter face theft charges after stealing perfumes from stores in Kościan and Kiełczewo. They were caught on surveillance cameras, which helped police identify them. Over two days, they committed thefts in four stores, hiding the stolen items in their bags. The total value of the stolen goods is estimated at 1015 PLN. Although each theft was classified as a misdemeanor, the evidence allowed for charges of continuous theft, which could lead to a prison sentence of up to five years.
