In Diepenbeek, firefighters responded to smoke from an electrical cabin on Wijkstraat, affecting nearby shops and homes. The cause of the fire remains unclear. Mayor Rik Kriekels confirmed that the fire has been extinguished without any injuries reported. Fluvius, the network operator, is on-site to address the power outage.
