CGI reappoints Nicolau Santos as chairman of the Board of Directors of RTP

Nicolau Santos has been reappointed as the president of the RTP Board of Directors for the term from 2027 to 2029. Hugo Graça Figueiredo will serve as a non-financial member. The Independent General Council of RTP made this announcement following a meeting on November 6, 2026, where they evaluated candidates based on a call for interest issued on July 10, 2026. Nicolau Santos first became president in 2021 and was re-elected in 2024 for a term ending this year.
