The journey of Lion XIV through South America has begun

Pope Leo XIV has begun his apostolic journey to South America, departing for Montevideo. The trip includes stops in Uruguay, Argentina, and Peru, concluding in Peru after visiting Argentina. This marks the first visit by a Catholic leader to Uruguay in 38 years.
