More and more Poles are giving up traditional graves. The reason is not only costs

Columbariums are increasingly found in Polish cemeteries, especially in urban areas, due to rising cremation rates and lower burial costs. They save space and are easier to maintain compared to traditional graves. The government is considering legislative changes to allow alternative burial methods as cemetery space diminishes.
