Dozens of tents set up in Lisbon and Porto. BE deputy spends the night at Rossio

Tents were set up in Lisbon and Porto overnight following Prime Minister Luís Montenegro's announcement regarding housing discussions. Approximately 80 tents were in Rossio, Lisbon, and around 30 in D. João I, Porto, with no incidents reported. BE deputy Fabian Figueiredo camped in Lisbon, describing the night as peaceful and criticizing Montenegro's lack of humility and acknowledgment of governance failures. He emphasized the need for measures to address the housing crisis and condemned the government's policies. The Administrative Court of Lisbon allowed a protester to stay overnight, challenging a 1974 law on public gatherings. Protesters in Porto plan to continue their demonstrations until their demands are met.
