House like a zigzag. Geometric project by the Mediterranean Sea

The minimalist villa "Bellavista 11" on Ibiza, designed by Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, features a 15 cm thick concrete plane that integrates with the steep terrain. The villa offers stunning Mediterranean views and consists of three cascading modules, each designed for functionality and optimal landscape visibility. The architecture blurs the lines between interior and exterior, with shaded spaces and expansive terraces. The interior maintains a minimalist aesthetic with white walls, light stone floors, and wooden accents, maximizing natural light and sea views.
