Xiaomi cars are increasingly selling out, but full success is still far away
Xiaomi reported over 50,000 car sales in October, setting a new record following 40,000 in September and 30,000 in August. Despite this growth, reaching the annual target of 550,000 vehicles remains challenging, as only 336,000 cars were sold in the first ten months of the year. To meet its goal, Xiaomi would need to average 107,000 sales per month for the remainder of the year. Initially launching electric vehicles, the company has since introduced hybrid models and plans to start selling its cars in Europe next year.
