The judge summons Cintia Rocho to testify about the attempt to "eliminate" Beatriz Biedma

Cintia Rocho, matriarch of the Rocho clan, has been summoned to testify as a witness in the Cloacas case on November 24. The decision was made by Judge Santiago Pedraz following a request from Magistrate Beatriz Biedma. Rocho's involvement in an attempt at judicial manipulation related to the case is under investigation. Additionally, the National Police have been asked to send a report on a fake Facebook account that tried to influence Rocho. The situation complicates with statements from former judge Luis José Sáenz de Tejada, who admitted to wanting to "eliminate" Biedma, although he argued that he meant to remove her from judicial cases. Biedma believes there are indications of Sáenz de Tejada's connection to the investigated criminal organization.
