BKK mobile tickets and passes have become unavailable for several travelers

On Thursday morning, users reported issues with the BudapestGo app, where mobile tickets and passes were unavailable. Affected users cannot access previously purchased passes or buy new digital tickets. The 24.hu has reached out to the Budapest Transport Center (BKK) for information on the extent and cause of the issue, as well as an estimated resolution time. Updates will be provided once a response is received.
