Facebook removed a post or blocked an account? From today you can file a complaint with UKE
On November 6, the Digital Services Act (DSA) came into effect in Poland, with full EU implementation starting February 17, 2024. The President of UKE will oversee digital services, having the authority to demand explanations from providers, conduct inspections, and impose fines. Users can now challenge content removal or account blocking decisions made by platforms, which must justify their actions. Complaints can be submitted via a form on the UKE website. Additionally, a second law concerning content blocking is pending presidential approval, with a decision expected by November 13.
