Ceramic failure from Aveiro is for sale in an online auction for a minimum of 8.9 million euros
The Moma Tiles ceramic factory in Aveiro is up for online auction due to insolvency, with a minimum bid of €8.9 million. Founded in 2019, it operated for only two years before being declared insolvent in September 2025, accumulating debts of around €10 million. The auction, organized by Leilosoc, ends on the 30th and includes the industrial warehouse, land, and equipment. The property features five rustic plots totaling nearly 45,000 square meters, with excellent access to major highways. Bidders can also acquire the equipment separately, which includes production lines and a stock of tiles.
