Is the role of James Bond going to a global star? "Robert Pattinson and Nicholas Hoult also auditioned"

Robert Pattinson and Nicholas Hoult reportedly auditioned for the role of James Bond, sparking speculation about a potential shift in casting tradition. Typically, the role does not go to globally recognized actors, making this news surprising. Amazon MGM Studios has not commented on the rumors, and it remains unclear when the new Bond actor will be announced. The audition process began in August, with several actors, including Jack Lowden and Josh O'Connor, also participating. Pattinson, known for his roles in 'Twilight' and 'The Batman', has experience with major franchises, while Hoult is recognized for his role as Lex Luthor in 'Superman'. The official announcement regarding the new Bond is anticipated soon, possibly before Thanksgiving.
