Natural gas TTF falls more than 4% to below 90 euros

Natural gas prices in the Dutch TTF market have dropped over 4% to below 90 euros per megawatt-hour, marking the lowest level since October 20. As of 09:30 in Lisbon, the price was at 89.83 euros, down 4.44% from Tuesday. Earlier, it reached a low of 89.39 euros. Last week, prices exceeded 100 euros for the first time since 2022. This year, natural gas prices in Europe have surged approximately 220%, with an increase of about 180% since the onset of the conflict in the Middle East.
