Man arrested in Portela for over 7,864 sexual crimes

A 35-year-old man in Portel, Évora, has been charged with over 7,864 crimes, including aggravated sexual abuse and child pornography involving his daughter and other minors. The Public Prosecutor's Office reported that the man was arrested by the Judicial Police and is accused of abusing his daughter since she was six or seven years old. The abuse was documented through videos and photos shared online. He was placed in preventive custody after a court hearing, with restrictions on contact with the victims.
