Once again, Felcsút has reached the highest capital income per capita in the country

In Hungary, net capital income reached 3048 billion HUF last year, a 7% increase from 2024. The number of individuals with capital income rose to 366,000, with an average income of 8.3 million HUF per person. The highest per capita income was in Felcsút, while Budapest generated 36.6% of total net capital income. The average net capital income per resident was 311,000 HUF, with significant regional disparities. Pest County had the highest income per person at 383,000 HUF, while Nógrád had the lowest at 107,000 HUF. Fejér County saw a nearly 22% decrease in per capita capital income compared to 2024.
