Here is the list: you will soon be able to use domestic rates in 6 more European countries
The European Commission is negotiating to extend the "Roam Like at Home" system to Western Balkan countries, allowing mobile use without roaming fees. Ursula von der Leyen announced this initiative during her visit to the region in October. Travelers between the EU and Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia will benefit from this agreement. Currently, Hungary ranks among the most expensive countries for mobile packages in the EU. Bilateral negotiations are ongoing, and once aligned with EU regulations, the Commission will request the Council to expand the roaming area.
