It turned out what tasks Philip Rákay contracted for the Petőfi film and how much he earned from it
The Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administration has launched an investigation into the use of state funding for the film "Most vagy Soha!" due to suspected budget fraud. The film, directed by Balázs Lóth and produced by Rákay Philip and Vajk Szente, is noted for its high budget of 7.022 billion HUF. Rákay has publicly denied any personal responsibility regarding the funding's use, claiming he was unaware of the investigation until it was reported in the media. However, a producer contract obtained by Index indicates that Rákay was responsible for overseeing financial expenditures. The film has been viewed by approximately 164,000 people, ranking ninth among Hungarian films despite several free screenings. A set city was constructed for the film, later used by other productions.
