End of the "Panther". This will be the new camouflage for Polish soldiers
The Military Research and Implementation Center in Łódź unveiled a new camouflage pattern for Polish Army uniforms, designated K03 "Ryś." Developed over several years with input from special forces soldiers, the new design aims to enhance functionality and concealment. While the army plans to transition to this new uniform by 2029, existing stocks of the "Pantera" camouflage will still be used, resulting in two patterns being worn simultaneously. The new uniform features customizable options for both men and women, emphasizing breathability and durability. The design mimics the colors of Polish coniferous forests, utilizing a six-color layering technique for effective blending. Initial production will focus on the 6th Airborne Division and the 25th Air Cavalry Brigade, with over 12,000 sets expected this year and half a million next year.
