The average base salary for healthcare workers will increase by 15%, with some experiencing raises of up to 35%. Specific examples include a 67.3% increase for a 40-year veteran nurse and a 25.3% increase for a nurse with 10 years of experience. The salary adjustment applies to various healthcare roles, including assistants and technicians, and also extends to support staff in healthcare institutions. A new salary scale will be introduced to ensure clearer progression based on qualifications and experience, with additional recognition for extra responsibilities.
