Sándor Lezsák was not an agent, he ended up among them due to a technical error
The name of Sándor Lezsák appeared in the database of the State Security Services due to a technical error. Although his name is on the magnetic tapes, he is listed as an observed person, not as an agent. The State Security Services Historical Archives stated that they are investigating the issue and have begun reviewing the affected database section. They apologized to Lezsák for the misunderstanding. Lezsák, a founding member of MDF and a significant ally of Fidesz, asserted on Facebook that he was not an agent but was monitored, threatening legal action against those spreading falsehoods.
