A small plane crashed on the highway. Two people died.

Rescue teams recovered two deceased passengers from the wreckage of a small aircraft that crashed near a highway. Firefighters were seen extinguishing the remnants of the plane about a kilometer from a rest area. Initial investigations indicate that no other vehicles were involved in the incident. The police are looking into the circumstances surrounding the crash, particularly how the aircraft ended up over the highway. The two-seater plane, registered to a flying club in Kropp, took off from Schleswig airport at 12:33.
