After a week and a half of a manhunt, they captured the escaped murderer from the Tennessee prison

Jacob Allen Morley, a convicted murderer who escaped from a Tennessee prison, has been captured by authorities. Morley was serving a life sentence for killing a colleague in 2022 and escaped on October 25 by climbing over a fence and stealing a vehicle. He was apprehended by the Missouri State Highway Patrol without resistance, and three stolen firearms were found in the vehicle. Following his escape, a reward for information leading to his capture was initially set at $2,500 but later increased to $15,000. Authorities noted that the stolen truck was tracked using license plate recognition technology.
