Meghan Markle's father reportedly arrested in Florida over alleged child porn possession

Thomas Markle Sr, father of Meghan Markle, was arrested in Florida following an investigation into child exploitation material discovered by his son. Thomas Markle Jr found thousands of images at their father's former home in the Philippines, prompting alerts to local police and the FBI. Philippine authorities recovered around 7,500 photographs and one video depicting underage children, with initial forensic examinations indicating potential child sexual abuse material. Meghan expressed distress over the allegations and emphasized her estrangement from her father to protect her children. The investigation has expanded to include Thomas Markle Jr as a person of interest, although he is not currently a suspect.
