Apartments more expensive by up to 43 thousand PLN in a year. Buyers can, however, negotiate.
In October, the prices of second-hand apartments in major Polish cities showed slight changes, with some cities experiencing minor increases while others saw small declines. Łódź had the highest increase at 1.4%, while Kraków, Poznań, and Wrocław saw decreases of 1.1%. Year-on-year, prices rose in 11 out of 12 cities, with Bydgoszcz leading at an 8.8% increase. The market remains challenging for buyers, especially in Warsaw and Kraków, where affordable options are scarce. In contrast, Łódź offers a higher proportion of apartments under 500,000 PLN. The overall market reflects a complex landscape where price stability does not equate to increased accessibility for potential buyers.
