Miguel Stilwell de Andrade will leave the leadership of EDP
Miguel Stilwell de Andrade, CEO of EDP, announced he will not continue in the company's governing bodies for the next term. He will remain in his role until the end of the current mandate in 2027. EDP will begin the succession process, ensuring a stable transition with the help of an independent recruitment firm. Vera Pinto Pereira, also part of the executive board, will not seek re-election either. Stilwell de Andrade has been with EDP for over 20 years and became CEO in 2021 after the suspension of António Mexia.
