Mimit, intesa su Electrolux, 100 milioni investimenti e salvaguardia stabilimenti

Electrolux has reached an agreement on a new industrial plan involving over 100 million euros in investments and an annual production of approximately 3.2 million units. The plan reduces the initially announced layoffs from 1,719 to a maximum of 902, which will be voluntary and incentivized. The agreement, confirmed by Minister Adolfo Urso, aims to protect workers and ensure the future of Electrolux's Italian plants. The production portfolio will expand at the Porcia facility, while other sites like Susegana, Solaro, and Forlì will maintain their production levels. The Ministry of Labor will assist in finding suitable social safety nets and training programs for affected workers.
