Montenegro, Albania seek NATO support to tackle Russian disinformation

Montenegro and Albania's defense ministers are urging NATO to provide expertise to combat increasing Russian disinformation efforts targeting the Balkans. They highlighted the need for enhanced support from the alliance to counter social media campaigns aimed at destabilizing their nations. Montenegrin Defense Minister Dragan Krapović emphasized that Russia is actively conducting information campaigns exploiting vulnerabilities in the region.
